Distillery 101: Basic Theory and Applications
This class, hosted by the Ryan & Wood, Inc. Distillery,
consists of a series of lectures. Each topic will be
discussed in 45 minute sessions with time afterwards for
questions and answers. Practical exercises will be
intermixed with the lectures and will include lab
exercises and a distillation. Sensory component
evaluations included.
Class sizes are limited.
